· Customers are directed to the PennyWizers.com website using radio, TV, and print media. Schools and non-profit organizations will also direct their supporters to the website.
· After making a purchase, you and your new customers will be sent a transaction confirmation form via email.
· Within 48 hours of offer closing, you will also be sent a list with the names and email addresses of the gift certificate purchasers.
· You will be paid your portion of sales within 14 business days of the completed sale.

A summary of the program:
· PennyWizers.com will send customers a transaction confirmation form that may be used to make purchases. To allow customers the ability to give gift certificates to friends and family, thus increasing sales, merchants may convert the transaction confirmation form into their own gift certificates.
· PennyWizers.com will list the merchant’s name, address, phone number, web address, and other information on the PennyWizers.com website along with details about their offer.
· Although offers are posted for one week, they are guaranteed for only one day. If, after one week, the merchant wishes to continue selling at the reduced price, the offer may be placed in the “Great Offers” section.
· Customers are directed to the website using radio, TV, and print media as well as the United Values card they received from local schools and non-profit organizations.
· After making a purchase, customers will be sent a transaction confirmation form via email.
· Within 48 hours of offer closing, merchants will be sent a list with the name and email address of gift certificate purchasers.
· Merchants guarantee delivery of the goods and/or services posted in their offers.
· The Merchants will be paid their portion of sales within 14 business days of the completed sale.
PennyWizers.com will bring customers into your business and the United Values card will motivate them to return again and again.
Terms and conditions:
1. Merchants agree to allow PennyWizers.com the right to promote their businesses on the PennyWizers.com website, on television, radio, and in print media.
2. Merchants may list gift certificates on the PennyWizers.com website at no cost.
3. PennyWizers.com representatives will assist merchants in developing listings designed to generate optimal results.
4. Merchants wishing to be featured on the “Deals of the Week” page must agree to allow an unlimited number of certificates to be sold in a 24 hour period.
5. Merchants featured on the “Great Offers” page may set a maximum number of gift certificates they wish to sell. “Great Offers” must represent a savings of 25% to 50%.
6. Within 48 business hours of the sale ending, PennyWizers.com agrees to supply merchants, via email, a list containing the names, email addresses, and, when possible, the mailing addresses of the purchasers of the gift certificates.
7. PennyWizers.com will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen gift certificates.
8. To cover advertising and associated costs PennyWizers.com retains approximately 50% of sales, however, this percentage may be negotiated based on the number of gift certificates the merchant is willing to sell, the amount of each sale, and/or the merchant profitability of the items listed.
9. Within 14 business days of the offer ending, PennyWizers.com will pay merchants their portion of the completed sales.
10. Merchants are responsible for all refunds; however, if within 60 days of the offer ending a refund needs to be issued, PennyWizers.com will return their share of the sale to the merchant.
11. PennyWizers.com strongly advises gift certificates are issued with no expiration dates. Several state and/or federal laws may govern gift certificates that expire.
12. All applications will be reviewed for content and, if accepted, posted on the PennyWizers.com website approximately three (3) business days after the receipt of the complete text and/or other listing information. Management of PennyWizers.com will not accept any listings that are deemed objectionable.
13. Merchants are required to provide information in a digital format via email or disk for all Logos and/or Banners and are responsible for the content of their listings and their offers posted on the PennyWizers.com website. PennyWizers.com and/or their representatives and/or their affiliates are not responsible for listing correctness or content.
14. Although PennyWizers.com does not provide editing services such as spelling or grammar correction, PennyWizers.com reserves the right to edit text before posting on the web site.
15. PennyWizers.com management reserves the right to reject any application with or without cause.
16. Management of PennyWizers.com assumes no responsibility or liability for quality of products or services offered by participating merchants, their employees, or their affiliates.
